The first journey
Five strangers.
One road.
Road to Ashfall follows five travelers whose paths cross on a journey toward Ashfall Ridge. What begins as a simple road brings together people with different lives, skills, and reasons for moving forward.

Behind the stories
Meet Scott Sparks
Scott Sparks is an author, creator of Terra, and founder of Hammer & Script. He first imagined the world of Echoes of Ashfall as a novel when he was about seventeen. Nearly three decades later, an unexpected journey into building apps and games brought that old idea back to life.
As the world grew, its characters began revealing stories of their own. One of those stories came before the original idea — and became Road to Ashfall, the first of Terra's stories to make it onto the page.
